Dear Bloggers.
Its been snowy and cold here...so I've been spending a lot of time at the gym.
Thought I'd share a quick cardio blast play list with you.
Warning : It will make you sweat!
-Video Phone by Beyonce...because she is Sasha Fierce..and you will think you are too.
-Whatcha Say by Jason Derulo..he has nice abs :)
-Tik Tok by Ke$ha....she's kooky, but Alexi$ loves this song.
-Hard by Rihanna...just because its Rihanna.
-Dance in the Dark by Lady Gaga ..will remind you of when you dance alone and don't care how silly you look...
-Imma Be by The Black Eyed Peas...makes you move and think of Fergie's body for motivation.
-Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart by Alica Keys...this should be a cool down song..and Alica Keys gets it right.
